    ✦ Order Processing and Shipping Time

    Order Processing is the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies from 7 - 10 working days.

    I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the buyer's location. Exceptions may apply.

    ✦ Customs And Duty

    International shipments may be subjected to Customs fees, duties, VAT or taxes separately calculated and collected at the time of delivery which must be paid and handled by customer ( BUYER ) to insure delivery. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country. We will not be responsible for custom duty - taxes or for delay due to customs processing of the respective country. An order cannot be cancelled and an item cannot be returned for a refund on the grounds of buyer being charged the import duties and taxes which their local customs authority deems appropriate.

    ✦ In the event a parcel is lost, UNCOMMONJEWELSIN will ship a new product or issue a refund (as decided upon with buyer), ONLY AFTER THE PARCEL IS OFFICIALLY DECLARED LOST BY THE SHIPPING SERVICE.

    ✦ Condition of Return

    I gladly accept returns.
    ✦ Contact me within: 14 days of delivery before sending the parcel back. I will send you the detailed instruction. After 14 Days your order is marked as delivered all sales will be considered FINAL and no return claims whatsoever shall be entertained.
    * Item(s) must be sent back to me within 1 week after having notified me of the return.
    * Item(s) must be returned in unused (original) condition.
    * Item(s) must be sent back insured with signature confirmation (it will be the buyer’s full responsibility if the return is lost or damaged during the transit.)
    * Funds will be reimbursed ONLY after a quality check of the item(s) of the item delivered to us.

    If the item is returned but has been altered in any way, all refund terms and conditions are void. Funds will be reimbursed after a quality check of the item(s) of the item delivered to us.
